Orders usually take 1-2 business days for processing and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses so please always provide a physical address for shipping.Because we are a global company that sells rare and exclusive handmade items and non-handmade items from manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers around the world our shipping times vary greatly. Shipments can take anywhere from 7-20 days to get to your doorstep. It is extremely rare for any product to exceed that time and if it does happen its likely the result of shipping delays by the carrier. We will always provide tracking numbers and we would like our domestic and non-domestic customers around the world to know we will prioritize any shipping related issues immediately. We want to let our customers know we will always strive for faster global deliveries, and that we stand by our choice of products, and we want you to know that our products are certainly worth the wait.
Our policy for non-handcrafted items is 14 days upon delivery. Please contact us within this time period, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. For handcrafted items please contact us within 7 days upon delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and be free of makeup, stains, deodorant or wear and must be sent back in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. We do not accept returns for swimwear or intimate apparel. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are rejected, the merchandise will be sent back to you.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@kewlpick.com.
If you are shipping merchandise, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
